Precision Needle Assembly isa convenient all in one combination base and needle piece that willeasily attach to the transmission shaft and needlesleeve.
Front Casing once twisted onover the needle assembly, the pentagon shaped opening on the frontcasing effectively seals and resists any back flow of water orpigment, and therefore, no chance of cross contamination offluids.
The needle sleeves not onlyprotect the needle, but are ergonomically shaped to reduce slippageand extended comfort for the hand. The machine needlsare individually packaged, pre-sterilized disposable, sleevescan be used.
Our specially designed needle capsalso accommodate both round and flat needles, and eliminatesplatter.
The precision engineered tipholds the needle snuggly and allows the proper amount of pigmentflow for each needle configuration. Just behind the tip serves as aholding area for pigment. It creates airflow thatallows pigment to flow smoothly,maximizing pigment deposit, for the best possible result. As analternative, "flat only" caps and "round only" caps are availablefor technicians who are used to working with one needle designshape at a time.
The Airflow Cap Not enoughair causes a ''vacuum'' effect and sucks up pigment. Too much aircan force pigment down too hard and will splatter, so less pigmentgets into the skin. Less pigment in the skin will cause color tofade.
